Ultra-Filtration Process
Water Shortage becomes big problem today, not only
in Houses or Society but in Industries as well. The water that is supplied to societies
is not clean and it’s not safe to drink that water without proper cleaning.
Therefore, many Houses are using ROs to purify water and then used it in
drinking purposes. Many Societies use big plants to treat sewage. Manufacturing
Industries use water a lot for making their products or any other things and
that used water cannot be used again for other purposes without proper cleaning.
So, Industries also use different types of plants as per their requirements.
Hotels, Restaurants and Schools also use wastewater treatment plants for their
water related problems. Wastewater Treatment Companies manufacture different
Types of wastewater Treatment Plants like Sewage Treatment Plant (STP),
Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plant, Organic Waste
Composter (OWC) Machine, Ultra-Filtration
(UF) Plant etc. All of these Plants are in great demand by customers.
Some have questions in their mind like what is
Ultra-Filtration. Ultrafiltration (UF) or Ultra-Filtration is a handy technique
used in wastewater treatment and is used by Ultra-Filtration Plants. Ultrafiltration
is used to remove bacteria, chemicals from wastewater and thus purify water.
Ultra-Filtration (UF) is used to remove suspended solids from wastewater and
that wastewater after proper treatment can be used again for different purposes
and in drinking as well. Ultra-Filtration Plants are very good to use. Many
Industries are using it for cleaning of wastewater. Wastewater becomes useful after
treated with Ultra-filtration (UF) Plants. Ultra-Filtration Plants are
available in different capacities like 250 LPH, 2000 LPH etc. They are now
available in two modes i.e. fully automatic and semi-automatic. UF Plants
are made with advanced technology and give superb results.
